Arising from the ashes once again, after obsessing with the NFL Draft for the past two days, I'm ready to disassemble and reassemble my habits. The garden has remained fallow for over a year....my weight has increased eight percent since last year....I've indulged myself with too many sugary products....exercising has slowed to a standstill.
