Collin sent us pictures of Dylan and he looks great. Joy and I haven't been calling for fear of being in the way during this first week. Let us know the best times to call.
Going to work at 1:00 p.m. and drive southward along the coast to La Jolla (Hoy ya, not Joel ah). Looking forward to retiring, I'm getting stressed from being overly concerned with the passengers walking to their seats while the bus is in motion. I'm also tired of dealing with poop heads, though most passengers are appreciative of my services.
I bought a new bicycle seat yesterday. I had fallen off the bike at a very slow speed a few weeks ago and as a result the other seat was sprung. Same model though so my tush shouldn't feel any better or worse.
Watched Fresno State beat Georgia in the CWS at Omaha last night. Pretty good game and impressive that Fresno State could pull it off since they were seeded so low.
My shoulder is feeling much better. I never got the MRI I had intended to get, but since it's getting better there's no loss. Didn't consume any beer last night which is good news for my weight scale. I hit 304.6 yesterday, but today I was at 299 and the day before yesterday I was at 299.6 I'll try to start slowly with the Tiger Moves once again. I also plan to start short intensive periods of exercise. If anyone is interested in my approach go to www.bodybot.com I am very impressed with what I purchased - it was a one time purchase too. I like the concept of 20 seconds INTENSE followed with 10 seconds of rest for a duration of 5 minutes and the whole program can be executed in front of the computer. It has all the features, i.e. timer, music, selection variation, etc... I think I found the proper type of fitness approach to combine with Tiger Moves.
The real challenge will be to shut my pie hole during emotional upheavals.
I have a book ready to be sent to anyone wanting to read about a first hand account of what goes on at Guantanamo. Brutal treatment but told without any outrage...almost a dispassionate style. Very interesting, sad and informative.
